My initial interaction was with Sakye regarding a leak near our solar panels. He responded promptly and arrived swiftly to inspect the issue, managing to replace a few tiles despite the obstruction caused by the solar panels. This quick fix resolved our problem.

Sakye also advised us on the need to replace our rusting roof valleys and regrade our box gutter, but he didn't pressure us to use his services for these tasks.

Regrettably, we opted for a larger company to address these issues and then a solar company to remove our old solar panels. We then engaged Sakye for roof restoration before installing new solar panels. Despite the complexities, Sakye was accommodating and adjusted to our schedule.

Post removal of the old solar panels, Sakye arrived on time, only to find our roof severely damaged by the previous work, beyond the scope of simple restoration. This was distressing, but Sakye provided comprehensive guidance without pressuring us into any decision, though he highlighted the risk of leaks if left unaddressed.

While we deliberated, Sakye prepared for a potential re-roofing, proving invaluable when rain was forecast. Eventually, we opted for a re-roof, which, although unexpected and costly, turned out to be a great decision.

Sakye and his team's dedication was remarkable; they worked tirelessly, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, ensuring our house was protected from further damage. The detailed quote they provided was a breath of fresh air compared to other tradespeople, offering clarity on the scope of work.

Their professionalism extended to maintaining a clean worksite, and the result was a stunningly restored roof.
